Faithful to Nature
Faithful to Nature is one of South Africa’s leading sustainable companies, committed to selling clean, natural earth-friendly products. They are respected leaders, who have been transparent about their values of honesty, compassion and respect for the environment, which is evident in the products they sell. This has helped them to develop a loyal and committed customer base.
Faithful to Nature approached us to help them connect with their community through live events, which would promote their products and help them build relationships with their community across social media.
One of these livestream events was their 13th anniversary birthday celebration; they asked us to help them host a live event to commemorate the milestone. They invited their community to bake along with them through the live event, as the hosts made a healthy, delicious birthday cake using Faithful to Nature’s own products! We produced a four camera livestream setup, which incorporated live questions from viewers for the hosts to answer about Faithful to Nature as a brand.

They scaled up the production for their more recent live event to create a full scale, TV-like broadcast with beautiful set design, as part of their Clean Beauty Week marketing campaign. The setup at the Sunshine Co. Daylight Studio included 4 camera angles with Arri lighting and a roaming camera on a gimbal. This particular live broadcast also generated fresh content for their social media platforms, including filming a few Instagram reels using the makeup products mentioned in the live event.
Faithful to Nature’s overall aim with their livestream events is to boost their community engagement, connect with their loyal community and to share fresh, inspiring digital content that help to increase their online sales. Live events are an effective way to raise brand awareness, and we’re looking forward to working with Faithful to Nature to leverage this progressively in the future.
